Connect visitor-facing spaces with a rational flow for product selection, processing and storage.
02 · Scope
Design decision
The practice organised the programme into two connected characters: an open reception volume and a quieter, elongated production wing, with landscape design as part of the process.

What the design enables
Visitors have a distinct reception area, while the production wing follows the sequence of selection, processing and product storage.
