BLOCKART POINT is a family-run architecture and urban-planning practice that carries forward the professional legacy of three generations of architects, combining decades of family experience with a contemporary approach to design.

The roots of today's practice reach back to 2004, when BLOCKART PANČEVO DOO was founded. Over more than two decades of work, its business model, team organisation, scope of services and approach to design continued to evolve. BLOCKART POINT PANČEVO DOO represents a new stage in that professional journey — with a more contemporary organisation, expanded professional capacities and a more clearly defined role for the practice as a place connecting architecture, urban planning, engineering disciplines and investment development. The new name reflects an improved way of operating while preserving the continuity of experience, expertise and the family's professional legacy.

Our work includes urban-planning projects, architectural design, technical documentation, site and investment-potential analysis, coordination of multidisciplinary design teams, 3D visualisation, and professional support in procedures before the relevant authorities. We develop projects from the initial analysis of the site and planning conditions, through concept design, to the documentation required for construction. We maintain a reliable network of engineers, designers, consultants and related professionals whose expertise contributes to project quality, business development and successful implementation.

Our approach is based on direct communication with the investor, a precise understanding of regulations, and aligning architectural quality with the project's functional, technical and economic requirements. Urban-planning projects are prepared under the responsibility of a licensed urban planner, while architectural documentation is led by a licensed architect, ensuring a professional, clear and accountable process — from plan to detail.
